Ah, at first I thought it was a Skyrim art))) Many common elements are there on this picture and in game's stuff. The GoT fandom is unfamiliar to me (wanna join, but can't so far), but this picture looks great. It shows the most known, impressive and symbolic characteristic of the character. I like such arts, they are very eloquent. And, saying about this specific picture - very detailed and stylish painting. Lovely!
I know what you mean. Have to wait til next March for season 3? How do they expect us to survive 6 months without it? The green dragon was Rhaegal, right? The look on the scales are so cool and her hair and armour and everything. One of my GoT favourites.
Yo YP! You're back, but you never left... I just didn't check back until now. I see you still pack them in (21,600ish at this date... for this one).
Very "warm" tones. The shading is very efficient and effective in things lke the armor "flat" faces and, of course, her face. Great hair. Nice perspective on the dragon head. Nice subtle pattern on her... skirt? Nice "heavy" look on the leather. Only a few untrained observations...
I could go on and on, babbling in a most listless fashion about how phenomenal this is, as I'm sure most people could.
My intentions in commenting were, in fact, to let you know that you've done an excellent job recreating her in a fashion that adequately suits the books. (Which are open ended, as Martin likes to leave the imagination in the looks department pretty open. However, it's the expression on her face that made me think of many scenes throughout the saga.)
