Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

I'm sorry but I'm swamped. As you can see, my DA page's cobwebs have cobwebs hanging from their cobwebs as getting a dayjob seems to be the worst-best thing to happen to my personal quality time. To this day I still owe three people commissions for their JULY slots:

If you're one of the three, I extend my deepest apology to you. Please PM me whether you're still interested on the commissions or not. If not, the blame is entirely on me and more power to you--may better luck and timing come next time. If yes, I would unfortunately have to put you on hold indefinitely, like in one of those costumer care hotlines when they said they're going to put you through to the manager but the manager never really did come and you're stuck listening to the same pre-recorded corporate jingle or some lame-ass classical song. But unlike those hotlines, I can promise you that your commissions will be done WITHIN THIS YEAR. I'd be damned if they don't.

If you're not one of the three, I extend my sort-of-deep-but-not-that-deep apology to you, as I currently have work shoved so far up my butt I'm coughing PowerPoint bullets. I'm sorry. There's just no time for both work and DA--my timetable is in shambles right now.
